BUFOproject General Terms And Conditions § 1 General Applicability All following terms and conditions are applicable in their current version to any commercial relationship between "Damian Schmidt Software, Albrechtstr. 83A, 12167 Berlin, GERMANY" (hereinafter called "BUFOproject") and our customers. § 2 Sales Contract A sales contract between the customer and BUFOproject comes into existence, when the customer sends the order to us. § 3 Payment Customers can pay via PayPal (Prepayment) or via Bank Transfer (Prepayment). § 4 Delivery BUFOproject will dispatch the ordered items (download-links via email) to the given email address within 24 hours after payment has been received. § 5 Governing Law Contracts are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
